3in1 Big Event: P4 Monthly Final, Recognition Day & STP Batch 5 Mini Graduation

Sir Edmark Uganda once again upholds another exhilarating and astonishing events last Saturday, April 28, 2012 which participated by 165 guests and distributors. Best of the best events were successfully organized on that day with our P4 Monthly Final with a theme based: Hawaiian, Recognition Day: Feel Love Now and STP Batch 5 Mini Graduation: “Champions: More than Conquerors”. The program started with a Muslim and Christian Prayer followed by a grandiloquent dance energizer. The three events hosted by three Ugandans and of course STP Graduates.

 

It all started with the first part of the program which was the P4 Monthly Final. The P4 Healthy Slimming and Beauty Program was participated by 10 contestants wearing their Hawaiian costume with an embellishment of flowers on their body. It was truly filled with fun on that day as everyone witnessed the true essence of beauty and slimming body as they confidently ramped on the floor. They also did special dance number and people were very entertained on their hot number. Afterwards, the revelation of winners was presented. Special Song Number was also done by STP Batch 5 Group with their Golden Voice as they sung “You Raise Me Up!

2nd Runner Up: Regina Kizito – 11lbs.

1st Runner Up: Kasakya Geraldine – 11lbs.

P4 April Winner: Ann Namatovu – 17.6lbs.

 

On the second part of the program, the Recognition Day with a theme: Feel Love Now fervently followed. Our guest speaker on that day was our Ruby Manager, Jun Layson who enthusiastically divulged the roles and benefits of Ruby Manager. He emphasized that becoming a ruby Manager gave them an opportunity to earn more and expand their income. Consequently, awarding or distribution of certificates from Senior Distributors to Ruby Managers was highly recognized on that day. One of the most remarkable parts was the special awards given to the Most Outstanding Manager, Sapphire Manager and Ruby Manager. The winners became so inspired and emotional as they received the awards. Special Dance Number was done from STP Batch 5.

The last part of the program was the STP batch 5 Mini Graduation with their codename: Champions, More Than Conquerors. There are 23 graduates of STP Batch 5 who successfully completed the whole training. They were all recognized and of some of them were given special awards. The slicing of cake of exploding of wine was highly enjoyed and through it the celebration was officially happened. The program ended with delight, excitement and inspiration to everyone to be successful in Edmark business. In totality, they are craving for unlimited opportunity to make the best income in Edmark business.

Revitalizing the Goals of Ugandans – Edmark Uganda’s 2nd Goals Setting Seminar

On the 21st day of April, 2012, Saturday, Edmark Uganda held its second Goals Setting Seminar at Pope Paul VI Memorial Hotel at Nsubuga Road Kampala. The event which started at around 10:30 am was facilitated by Crown Manager Myra Shroth, Emerald manager Mercy Cariaga both from Dubai UAE, Sapphire Manager Riza Aggarao and Ruby Manager June Lyson both from Philippines.

First on the agenda was the registration and collection of tickets from both members and nonmembers who attended the seminar which was done by Mrs. Virginia and Arlyn. This was followed by an opening prayer. Ruby manager Madam Margaret Kadowa shared with the crowd some welcome Remarks which inspired them to begin with. The dance energizer was then played after which the emcee was introduced; this was none other than, Ms. Jenifer Oker. With her outstanding energy she boosts the entire crowd after which she introduced the first speaker of the day who did the first module.

Speaking on the module “The Edmark University of Success” Crown Manager Myra Shroth who electrified the crowd with her energy started by asking people how long they had spent in school, how much they had spent in school, how long it had taken them to find a job. She said that the present education system trains people to become job seekers hence leading them to the rat race. She then introduced the Edmark Education System which provided knowledge and an opportunity for one to fulfill their dreams in life with less hassle. She said it’s possible for one to attain great financial rewards in future with the Edmark business which is worth UGX 250,000 for half package. She later differentiated the Edmark Education System from the present education system saying it was possible for one to copy with Edmark Education system and its wasn’t possible with the present education system. She emphasized that people should learn how to copy. Crown manager Myra Shroth later broke down the stages of the Edmark Education system explaining them in detail. She concluded by showing the EES AVP which inspired people.

The second speaker for module two “how to become a Highly Effective and strong Distributor /individual” was introduced. So Riza Aggarao lively stepped on the stage very strong and energetic. Really she was ready to drive the crowd in module two. She started by talking about behavior and she encouraged people to always be pro-active. She later said that reactive was the opposite of pro-active and emphasized that people who tend to be reactive were always irresponsible. She also said that people had the ability to choose whether to be successful or to fail in life and in business. The hall went on fire when she asked people to write three things that they thought were important but not urgent. She also talked about beginning with the end in mind and putting first things first where she asked people whether they were doing right or whether they were doing right things. She concluded by telling people that they should always have a “NOT TO DO” list.

The return of Crown manager Myra shroth electrified the whole ordinance. This time she was doing Module three “Knowing what is your Quadrant 2 Goals (Big Rocks), are in your Edmark Business”. She began by telling people that a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step then after which she introduced the big rocks. To begin with Crown manager Myra Shroth talked about reviewing and evaluating your organization as the first Big Rock. She encouraged people to always evaluate the organizations they were in and later introduced the 2nd Big Rock “Goals Setting” where she talked about the “SMARTER” concept of goal where she emphasized that people should set goals that are very specific, measurable, with an action plan, with reasons and put time limit in consideration. She later on asked people to set goals and write them down on their notepads which exercise put the whole crowd on fire. Big Rock number three came in “Edmark System’s Action Plan” here Crown Manager Myra Schroth asked the audience how many people each person working with them, Ruby Manager Margaret Kadowa acting as volunteer answered saying she had personally registered over a hundred people. Crown Manager Myra Shroth encouraged people to always have 5 serious people to work with and later taught the crowd how they could find those serious people.

At exactly 13:00 lunch was served after which a Dance energizer on the floor was played there after which the speaker for module 4 “how to get what you really want” Emerald Manager Mercy Cariaga was introduced. With her outstanding sharp voice she put the crown at stake when she projected the famous quotation by Mark Twain “There is nothing training cannot do. Nothing is above its reach. It can turn bad morals to good, it can destroy bad principles and recreate good ones it can lift men to angel ship.”  She went ahead to ask the crowd what they really wanted and later talked about the power of NOW where she encouraged people to focus on solutions other than problems.Module 5 & 6 “The importance of tools” and “the importance of seminars and functions” by Jun Layson . He was introduced by the emcee and he enthusiastically stepped on the stage. With his energetic speech he managed to challenge people when he asked the crowd whether they had enough tools. He also talked about the distributors who occasionally attended seminars had more chances of succeeding than those who have never attended seminars.Module 7 “self talk Auto suggestion” by crown Myra Shroth, followed with her God given energy who rocked the crowd. She bombastically asked the audience to read the handbook with their powerful voices and to talk about what they want to achieve in the Edmark business.

Finally the module 8 “the power of dream building was introduced and the Edmark city video was played, certificates to speakers given out and announcements made. In all, over 165 participants took part in this very colorful and life-changing event which attracted people from all corners. On the last part, awarding of certificates was given to our GSS Speakers.

STP Batch 5 “Champions: More than Conquerors”

Training people in Edmark business is one good thing because this will help them to know about the true business and where will they go. Though it, our distributors will be able to learn things that would sustain their business. Hence, Edmark continuously propagate this training thru our System Training Program (STP).

Last April 16-27, 2012, we successfully organized the STP batch 5 which caters our fellow Ugandans to be well rounded and knowledgeable about the business. The training covered for with ten consecutive days of intensive training. There are 26 applicants who enrolled in this batch but only 23 who had finished and completed the said training. The first day of the training was the interview orientation of the applicants. Then, on the other day our trainers presented to them the Healthy Living Seminar, New Distributors Training and Success System Manager. The trainers were: Mktg. Head June Cagat, Sapphire Manager Riza Aggarao and Crown Manager Myra Schroth.

After the trainer’s presentation, the applicants now presented the module and they were evaluated based on their presentation skills (verbal and nonverbal skills). Then on the mastery level, they were based on the KASH Principle. All of them were strictly screened and evaluated. Each one of them shared some constructive comments and strong suggestions to their classmate on what are the things that they need to improve.

At the end of the training, 23 trainees were graduated on the Mini Graduation. But of course it’s not a guarantee that all of them will pass. Whatever the result of the presentation, still their efforts made is a great appreciation and we wish all of these trainees to reach their dream in Edmark business. P4 Monthly Final with Unbreakable Social Day: Gathering of Top Achievers

Edmark Uganda once again upholds another successful 3rd Social Day and P4 Monthly Final last March 31, 2012 @ 12pm which recognizes all our top achievers from February 2012 performance. Back to back on this event was our P4 monthly final which continuously advertising our outstanding products. The event started with a prayer: Christian and Muslim followed by dance energizer. The event was formally welcomed by our outstanding trainer of STP Batch 4, EM Mercinia Cariaga. Afterwards, the first part of the program started which is the P4 AVP played to show the experiences of the contestants how the program helped them a lot. Consequently, ramp modelling unveiled then awarding of winners were given to the contestants.

 On the second part of program was the Recognition Day with a theme: Gathering of Top Achievers. Before recognizing them, of course our Crown Manager, Mrya Schroth divulged the Roles and Benefits of Ruby Manager. She emphasized why they need to achieve a higher position and how it will help them to earn extraordinary income. All of them were given a challenge to reach higher position more than being a RUBY Manager.

 

The recognition was started from senior distributors, supervisors, assistant managers, managers, sapphire managers and finally the ruby manager. Our audience felt the passion and extreme desire from our top achiever as our Managers-UP shared some of their inspiring experiences in Edmark business and they reached the ladder of success.

Definitely, the audiences were motivated as they are also aiming for a good business in Edmark. One of the most anticipated parts was the special awards given to the following awards: Most outstanding Manager, Sapphire Manager and Ruby Manager. The selection is based from Frequency of purchased, sales value, commitment, EES involvement and most importantly attitude. All of them deserved the awards and of course to our top achievers. The event ended with delight and captured once again the mindset of our fellow Ugandans to strive excellence in Edmark business.

Maximizing Potential Income thru Working Smart Seminar

Last March 24, 2012, Saturday was another prolific day to our fellow Ugandans as we commenced another fantastic seminar which is the 1st Working Smart Seminar (WSS). The seminar started with a prayer then followed by a warm up exercise thru dance energizer. It was participated by more than 100distributors in Uganda who completely finished the whole discussion. Exciting games were organized before the formal seminar started. First game was choosing the best dancer in the venue and will give sample. The second one was feel good now logo under their chair so whoever has it will receive prizes.

 

The first speaker who discussed the FUNDAMENTALS OF MLM was Emerald Manager from Dubai, Mercenia Cariaga. She emphasized what is the true feature or characteristics of legitimate and illegal network marketing. She reiterates that Edmark is real and legal network marketing so people in Uganda is in the right track in making business. The audience were given a chance to learn about the different types of MLM and where Edmark belongs to.

On the second part of the seminar, Crown Manager Myra Schroth divulged the Edmark Compensation Plan and people were amazed about the potential income if they know how to maximize on it. She explained what bonuses of Edmark offers to them and how it will change their life to a better living. It was truly a terrific form of seminar that shaped up the mindset of the distributors on how to make money in Edmark business by working hard and at the same time working smart.

Lucky are those who attended the seminar because finally it will help them now how to make money in Edmark business thru maximizing their potential income.

 

STP BATCH 4 GOAL ACHIEVERS: DREAM BELIEVE SURVIVE

Edmark Uganda one again creates another high point in Edmark business as we celebrated the 10 consecutive days of rigid training of STP Batch 4 with their codename, Goal Achievers: Dream Believe Survive. This is one of the most memorable and outstanding batches in STP since we started here. We conducted our STP Mini Graduation today, March 23, 2012 @ exactly 6pm to 8pm. It started with a prayer then followed by an ecstatic dance energizer. The ambiance became more sizzling as our Crown Manager from Dubai, Myrah Scroth trembled the mindset of the trainees on her welcome talk.

 

STP batch 4 showcased their unparallel and undisputed talents as they are doing a role playing. It was truly heart-warming and captivating as they portray some scenes and true to life experiences in doing Edmark business and how to conquer all those obstacles and objections in prospecting clients/customers. The president and vice-president of STP Batch 4 shared in behalf of their classmates a special thank message as sign of gratitude to their two outstanding trainers: Ms. Rizza Aggarao & Ms. Mercy Cariaga. Consequently, they have also prepared a surprise gift to the trainers as a return of their wholehearted efforts.

Finally, our trainers shared some inspiring words of wisdom as they were given again a chance to give their last word to the trainees. The two of them was doing a great job and they truly shaped up and transformed these potential leaders and expectedly turn to be a quality speaker. Of course, DCM Kenneth Lumapas shared a remarkable talk to them. Truly, DCM Kenneth can move and change people’s perspective. He is an icon of Edmark and serves as great example of Edmark business.

Special AVP was played and shown to them. Hence, they were being emotional after watching it because finally they have gone so far and how STP moulds them to be a better individual. Afterwards, slicing of cake was done as a final celebration and then photo ops…….

Congratulations to all the graduatesof STP Batch 4 Goal Achievers. Edmark is so proud of what you are doing because you’ve been making a great part in our growing business. Keep it up and see you at the top of success!
